Women and Children Welfare Society (WCWS) established in 2009 by professionals and marginalized people work in the field of development and public health sectors. Women and Children Welfare Society is a non-political, non-profit oriented, non-religious and non-governmental development organization based at Malangwa, Srlahi Nepal. The aim of the organization is to create an advanced society where people live with healthy and dignified life without any violence and discrimination by designing , planning and implementing community development programs, essential health care services, gender and development issues, violence against women & children, capacity enhancing, awareness against dowry system and relief programs in close coordination and cooperation with Donors, I/NGOs and government line agencies as well as community based organizations through participatory approaches and other effective modalities. The organization helps people in need especially for women & children as well as marginalized and deprived population.

OBJECTIVES
- Empower people through providing crucial information, quality education, essentials health care services and capacity building activities.
- Help to stop all type of violence against women and children via coordination and cooperation with donors, I/NGOs and line agencies as well as community based organizations and networks.
- Aware people against dowry system through training, seminar, debates and street dramas among rural community.
- Provide relief package program in disaster and emergency.
- Carry out different health activities to promote public health.
